On February 29, 2024, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye Hakan Fidan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the process of expanding bilateral relations, especially in the fields of politics, security, education and economy.

 

 

 

 

At the same time, views were exchanged on important regional and international issues.

Sirojiddin Muhriddin congratulated his colleague for organizing the forum at a high level.

On January 10, 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye Hakan Fidan, who is on an official visit to Dushanbe.

 

 

 

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on cooperation in political, economy, trade, investment, education, science, culture, healthcare, tourism, ensuring security, combating terrorism and strengthening the legal framework for cooperation.

 

 

 

Cooperation between the two countries within the framework of international and regional organizations was also discussed by the sides.

 

 

 

 

Following the bilateral meetings, the Foreign Ministers signed the Cooperation Program between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Turkiye for 2024-2026.
