On December 22, 2023, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan Niyatbekzoda Vafo with the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for Science, Education, Health and Sports, Mr. Nurmuhammet Amannepesov.

 

 

 

During a constructive conversation, the parties exchanged views on a wide range of issues of bilateral Tajik-Turkmen interaction, in particular in the field of science and education, health and medicine, sports and youth policy.

 

 

 

The relevance of expanding humanitarian cooperation between the two friendly countries was also noted and commitment was expressed to further strengthen cooperation in areas of mutual interest between the parties.
